1. Return Eligibility

  • Customers can request a return within 3 days of delivery.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the item must be:
    • Unused and in its original condition
    • In original packaging with all labels intact

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product is not damaged
  • Return request is made after 3 days of delivery
  • Product has been used, opened, or tampered with
  • Missing original packaging

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos/videos showing the damage
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is successfully picked up and inspected.
  • If the product is found damaged and meets our return criteria, the refund will be processed.
  • If the product does not meet the criteria, the return request will be rejected.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Important Notes

  • Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery.
  • Heritage Kesar reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after inspection.
